Please send us the following:
1. Choose a design from our options page for your shirts.
2. The names and numbers required on the back of each shirt.
3. The surname or custom message at the top of the plaque.

The plaque comes with a varnished oak wooden stand or a flat acrylic stand.

Acrylic:
- We use only the best quality clear Acrylic - 3mm in thickness.
- We print the acrylic directly using UV ink printing technology to ensure a high quality print for all orders.
