Your description advertising a block standing alone was misleading. The Graduation gift I ordered was completely unstable and needed a stand. I therefore emailed you two or three times to ask if you could facilitate me with the possibility of purchasing a custom made wooden stand made for which I would have gladly paid extra. No one had the courtesy to acknowledge my emails! The Graduation took place today, and as there was no time for me to purchase an alternative the gift, rather than offer nothing, the keepsake was given.
The only way True Willow can restore my confidence and warrant more stars, would be to email me. I am still in need of a stand.
