Football Team Family Plaque with Family Name and Message

A wonderful family gift, perfect for displaying on a desk or shelf, our personalised football acrylic plaque are available in two sizes. They come with an option of either a wooden or polished flat acrylic stand.

How to Order:

Sizes of plaque available:
- A6 - 106mm by 148mm by 3mm
- A5 - 210mm by 148mm by 3mm
- A4 - 297mm by 210mm by 3mm

Please send us the following:

1. Choose a shirt design from our options page.
2. The names and numbers required on the back of each shirt.
3. The surname or custom message required at the top of the plaque.

The plaque comes with a varnished oak wooden stand or a flat polished acrylic stand.

Acrylic:
- We use only the best quality clear acrylic - 3mm in thickness.
- We print the acrylic directly using UV ink print technology to ensure a high quality print for all plaques.
